Here and Now

Here and Now, is a night to be present. It's about making some time to come together and to forget life’s worries, to feast and have fun. Highwater will be transformed into sensory serenity with projected visuals and live DJ throughout the night. A three-course menu focused on the here, showcasing some beautiful New Zealand products, and the now celebrating what's in season and is best enjoyed now. New Zealand wines will be flowing throughout the night including Kindeli, DON Wines and Hermit Ram, selected for their easily drinkable, natural and sustainable production and pairing to the dishes. This will be a night designed to not only tantalise the senses but also bring together community and show support for all things local. Diners are encouraged to dress up, lose themselves in the moment, dance in their seat, get to know someone at their table, and enjoy being in the moment - Here and Now.

A throwback to our Small Victories days in Melbourne when regular customers would come in at least once a week for our fried chicken sandwhich, popularity and nostalgia have landed this dish on our menu. Keeping with what we do best, we use organic bostock chicken and make the buns and ranch dressing in-house. You can't go wrong with a tasty fried chicken sandwhich on a lunch menu - we enjoy eating it as much as our customers do.
