Harbourside Market as we know it today (previously known as Waitangi Park Market and Chaffers Market) has acted as a central hub for city dwellers to access fresh fruit and vegetables, with 25,000 visitors each weekend. We tell the story of the fruit and vegetable market through the seasons the best way we know, Pickling!
This year we have been visiting the markets and the producers that meet there throughout the last two seasons leading up to VWOAP 2021 in order to bring you some of our favourite pickled vegetables.
