Ageing Gracefully

Please note that the date of this event has changed from the printed programme.
Can New Zealand wine age? Cork or screw cap, what’s better? What does the future hold for our wine industry? Join Larry McKenna of Escarpment Wines and wine writer John Saker as they pull corks and twist screw caps on some older vintage New Zealand wines to answer these questions. You’ll be treated to some beautiful examples of aged New Zealand wine sourced by Noble Rot Sommeliers Maciej Zimny & Josh Pointon, matched with a five-course degustation menu prepared by Noble Rot kitchen. Age is but a number, right?
