If you’re a fan of classic cocktails, now’s the time to enjoy a little twist to your usual order.  Check out these cool Cocktail Wellington entries for something just a little out of the ordinary! The Cleary Mary at Graze Wine Bar (pictured left) features Dali olive oil washed Southward Distilling vodka with steam distilled transparent heirloom tomato juice made with garden grown herbs, chilli and garlic, garnished with Leafyridge olives.

Flamingo Joe’s Mouldy Martini is one for fans of blue cheese! Sip on Reid + Reid gin martini infused with housemade vermouth and blue cheese stuffed olives. Accompanied by an olive tapenade crostini.

Monsoon Poon’s new Mekong Mule takes this classic refresher on a tour to Asia's spice houses. You'll taste House infused orange and lime Stoli vodka and cardamom Helmsman rum with cinnamon, palm sugar and coffee bitters, topped with a Whistling Sisters Ginger Rush hopped foam. Accompanied by a beef rendang wonton. 



Le Jardin Grill's Enfumé Negroni (pictured right) Where there's smoke there's fire! Imagination seaweed gin infused with vermouth and smoke flavoured wood chips. Accompanied by toasted bruschetta with smoked baby vine tomatoes.

Nolita's Queen Marguerita Really is fit for royalty and features Aperol, Southward Distilling white curacao, tequila, coconut milk, lime juice. Accompanied by Plan*t chorizo stuffed green olives in a 26 Seasons micro basil and green rice flake crumb.
