At Caucus Restaurant, we bring you a dish inspired by Māui, one of our original demigod superheroes, who is said to have fished up the North Island of New Zealand. The name of the Greater Wellington region is Te Upoko o Te Ika a Māui – the head of Māui’s fish. Chef Alex has put together a dish for fish and chicken lovers, as fresh as it can get. Fished up from the depths of the ocean for you to enjoy.
