Haggis, Neeps and Tatties

Wellington's history wouldn't be complete without a tribute to the original Scottish settlers that helped form the backbone of our culture and cuisine. Combining this with our head chefs' unique history; living in the Hebrides, cheffing in small towns where the food on the menu was different due to what was available, we have taken some of the most famous meat dishes from Scotland and given them a plant-based twist. Using our head chef's creativity we'll be sourcing and utilising unusual ingredients to recreate popular Scottish foods.
