Join Chow for Desi Style! Glitz, glamour, singing and dancing. For one night only Chow is putting away their modern-Asian styles and bringing the flavours from the Dhabba. Made with love and ghee, Chef's Rinkush and Taranjit have been let loose in the kitchen to do as they please. Taking inspiration from Bollywood cinema's foodie favourites, "Chef" (a Bollywood re-do of the 2007 Jon Favreau film) and Ramji Londonwale, familial kitchens and roadside restaurants. Rinkush and Taranjit have been preparing a plethora of different dishes from Darjeeling to Chennai, showcasing some of their favourite dishes, bhaji's, momos and pakoras. Enjoy lagers and lassis to fuel the burn or cool it down, plus a DJ blasting Bollywood bangers, Punjabi pop and Indian rock from 6pm until late.

Choose one of Chow's three-course set menus and receive two gin cocktails specially matched to your menu's flavour profile. Test your limits with the spicy 'Can you handle the heat?' set, get a umami hit with the seafood 'Heart and Seoul' set, go to flavour town on the hearty 'Meatfest' or keep it clean while sipping on some GandK(ombucha) with the 'Body's a Temple' set.
