The Wild Workshop is Garage Project's playground for creating all things weird and wonderful: barrel-aged sours, spontaneous ferments, beer-wine hybrids and tanks brimming with fruit. You'll sit in amongst our amphoras and foeders, soaking up the sights and smells of a working brewery.
