Dish Description: Moana Pacific prawns, Yellow Brick Road oysters, clams, mussels, crab, lobster tail, tuatua creamed paua, kahawai crudo and cured salmon on ice with dipping sauces and whole cob loaf filled with seafood chowder sauce.
