Come and get your hands in the dough and find out how it feels to make your own bread. Enjoy an evening of learning techniques for mixing, moulding, shaping, fermentation, baking and much more with international and national award-winning baker Michael Kloeg. Held in the historic Dippers Chapel that has been transformed into The Clareville Bakery, bring your own apron and the rest will be provided including a glass of wine and cheese board. You will take home all bread that you create.
