Back by popular demand, A Pig Of a Day is a rare opportunity to go the whole hog: meet the producers of Longbush pasture raised pork on a visit to their farm and discover their passion for humane free range pork, then, back at La Pancetta enjoy a cured meats demonstration and tasting with Rachel Priestley of Prodigal Daughter. Then sit back, relax and dine on a three-course banquet feast including Rachel's signature rolled Tuscan pork belly and local wine. Don't forget your gumboots.
