Dine, Burger & Cocktail Wellington Selection Criteria 2017

A final note

We are committed to maintaining the integrity of the festival and we need your help to deliver this too.

ALL ingredients and source of ingredients, as noted in your menu, MUST BE USED.  For example, if your menu states that you will be using “Hing’s Tofu”, you MUST use “Hing’s Tofu” – not a product sourced from another producer or supplier.

Using products and suppliers, other than those stated, is misleading and dishonest.
