Coastella Music Festival – the ultimate summery discovery
The Kāpiti Coast is one of the fastest growing districts in New Zealand and Coastella is the Coast’s newest major event.
Offering a diverse international musical program, the best of local craft beer, food and wine, all set in a super accessible location bathed in warm Kāpiti sunshine – Coastella is set to become New Zealand’s most talked about boutique music festival.
Coastella was a great success for it’s inaugural festival back in March 2016, all our food vendors were blown away with the demand – most of them close to running out of food, some completely. There is clearly a healthy appetite for good food at Coastella International music festival.
The family-friendly festival will be returning for its second year on Saturday 25 February 2017 with an even more exciting line up. This year is expecting an audience of over 2000 people, with over 100 artists and 25 performances.
The line-up for 2017 will include The Phoenix Foundation, Warren Maxwell, The Eastern, Eb & Sparrow, French for Rabbits, Disasteradio, the Wellington City Shake-‘Em-On-Downers and three bands coming straight from Ireland for the festival, including multi platinum selling artist Mundy.
